Friday, 21 March	depart 8:30 – Roche Chapel – medieval chapel; The Rumps - Iron Age cliff castle; Tregeare Rounds – hill fort; (lunch in Tintagel), Tintagel Castle – medieval castle and Island – sub Roman/early Christian settlement
Saturday, 22 March	depart 8:30 – Restormel Castle – medieval castle; Cadson Bury - hill fort; (lunch in Launceston); Launceston Castle – medieval castle; Okehampton Castle – medieval castle
